How to View/Cancel Your Volunteer Opportunity Signup on ClubExpress:
Access Your Profile:
• Click on your name or the My Profile tab on the navigation menu on CE Home page > Members Only > My Profile.
Navigate to Volunteer History:
• In your profile, look for the History section.
• Under History, click on Volunteer History to view your future and past volunteer assignments.
Find the Opportunity to Cancel:
• Locate the specific Future Volunteer Opportunity you want to cancel.
Initiate Cancellation:
• Click the Trash Can icon next to the opportunity you wish to cancel.
• If there isn’t a Trash Can icon visible, please cancel directly through the Event Contact listed on the CE Event page.
Confirm the Cancellation:
• You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE DAY OF THE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY, PLEASE
CANCEL USING THE STEPS ABOVE AND ADDITIONALLY CALL OR TEXT THE EVENT CONTACT
LISTED ON THE CE EVENT OR VO PAGE.
