CWC ANNUAL MEETING NOV 2024 - Election of Officers & Murder Mystery Night
About this event
Annual Meeting: In accordance with our bylaws, the Annual Meeting for the election of officers for the following year is to be held on the first Thursday of November. Art. IV, Sec. 4. Notice of this meeting will be sent out to the members via email thirty (30) days and again two weeks (14 days) before the meeting. Art. IV, sec. 9 (requiring notice of not less than 10 days or more than 60 days). Members will vote by a plurality ballot vote (the most votes cast). Art. VIII, sec. 4. The Bylaws can be found under the Members Only, Documents tab.
Murder Mystery Game: After we vote, members will work together on teams to solve a Murder Mystery! Can your team figure out who will be murdered, what murder weapon will be used, and who is the murderer? Join us for a fun-filled night to test your detective skills!
