Important Changes for Shop 'til You Drop 2024

The Berry Center has made several changes to their safety procedures that will impact our vendor loading and unloading processes for Shop ‘til You Drop.  Please read the following changes carefully!

Vendors will no longer be allowed to use the side doors for loading in or out or for going to their cars throughout the show day.  Vendors will be impacted as follows:

• Vendors in the Hallway and most Conference Center booths will now have to load in and out from the back Atrium entrance, which is Entrance 3 Pink Zone.  They can no longer use the side doors closest to the Conference Center and Hallway, which we used to refer to as the blue loading area.  Some of the Conference Center booths along the wall closer to Entrance 2 will be assigned to the Green Zone in the front.

• Vendors in the Arena can no longer use the door next to the outside stairs at the front of the building (what we referred to as the yellow door) to load in and out.  Arena vendors can load in and out through the front and back Atrium entrances (Entrance 2 and Entrance 3) or through the loading dock, which is located at the back of the Arena.
